Terms of use

These terms cover the DayZu Impose app, the website dayzu.ai and the DayZu Hub at app.dayzu.ai ("DayZu"), provided by DHB PTY LTD (ABN 29 628 236 797), Australia ("we", "us"). By using DayZu you accept them. If you use DayZu for a business, you confirm you may accept them for that business.

1. A free beta

• DayZu is free while it is in beta. We will tell you before anything costs money, and you can stop then.
• Features may change, break or be removed while we improve them, and the Hub may be unavailable at times. There is no guarantee of availability.
• DayZu does not back up your artwork or files. Keep them where they are backed up.

2. Accounts and shops

• Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• A shop's owner decides who joins the shop, in which role, and which computers connect to it, and removes them when they should no longer have access.

3. Your shop's information

• Your shop's records, including your customers' details and your job cards, belong to your shop.
• You allow us to store and process them only to run DayZu for you, as described in our Privacy policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to keep your customers' details in DayZu and for following the privacy laws that apply to your shop.
• You can ask for a copy of your shop's records, or for them to be deleted, at any time.

4. Who we are, in full

DHB PTY LTD also runs a commercial printing business in Australia. DayZu keeps every shop's records apart by design. We never use any shop's records for our own printing business, and we never share them with it.

5. Printing and AI

• DayZu helps you prepare files for print. Check every proof before you print, and print at actual size.
• Features that use AI (the chat, reading a typed order, enlarging a picture) can be wrong. Check what they give you.
• You are responsible for the files you print and for having the rights to them.

6. Fair use

Do not use DayZu to break the law or anyone's rights, to send spam, to try to reach another shop's information, to test or break its security without our written permission, or to overload it.

7. Our responsibility

• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or other laws, that cannot be excluded.
• Apart from those rights, DayZu is provided as it is during the beta, and we are not responsible for lost profits, lost work, wasted printing materials or indirect loss.
• Where the law allows us to limit our responsibility, it is limited to supplying the service again or AUD 100, whichever the law permits.

8. Ending

You can stop using DayZu at any time and ask us to delete your account or your shop. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other shops at risk, and will tell you why when we can. If we stop running the Hub, we will give notice and a way to take a copy of your shop's records.

9. Changes

We will update this page and its date when these terms change, and tell you in the app or the Hub when a change matters to you. Using DayZu after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections your own law gives you. Questions: hello@dayzu.ai, or the chat on dayzu.ai.
